FIRST DAY: UYUNI – UYUNI SALAR – UYUNI

We pick you up from your hotel at hrs. Approximately 11:00, initially we will visit the Colchani Train Cemetery and Town, places to learn about the mining past and the artisanal present of the town of Uyuni, then we enter the wonderful Salar de Uyuni and we will arrive at “Salt Hotel” the first of its kind. genre, which currently functions as a museum. Dejando el salar atrás, comenzamos a transitar la región volcánica de los Lípez con sus nieves eternas, en ella se encuentra el Volcán Ollagüe que podremos observar a la distancia. Continuamos nuestro viaje y vamos arribando a las lagunas llamadas “Joyas Altoandinas”: Cañapa, y Hedionda, en ellas es posible la observación de flamencos que existen en la región así como una variedad de avifauna local.

Después de tomar bellas fotografías, emprendemos el retorno hacia Uyuni. Arribo a esta localidad a hrs. 17:30 aproximadamente.
